Frequently Asked Questions

1. what files do the photos come in?

Photos can be sent in JPEG or TIFF files, via WeTransfer or Client Gallery link.

3. would you provide references prior to a shoot?

Yes, I will typically provide references for how the photos are envisioned to look, whether from personal or external influences.

2. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the shoot, otherwise will be subject to a £30 cancellation fee.

4. Do you offer meetings prior to a shoot

A 30 min online video call is available to request prior to a shoot to discuss preferences and specific requests of the client and for photos.
